Any of the soil types sold at the grow shops will give you good results. Just got to check to see if they have slow release nutrients in them, like the new terazilla at SOG does. That means you just water them and no feeding until around week 3 of vegging.
Example: Warehouse crappy Tomato Potting Mix - Blueberry at 4 weeks veg in 50l the day it was switched.

Took a bit getting used to, but once the right balance was achieved, away it went.

I basically look at it as, plants grown right give you massive yields irregardless of the medium. Techniques like SCROG can give you larger yields in confined spaces as SCROG is about making the most use of limited space/height. Substrates like coco, rockwool, give you massive yields too but often do it quicker than soil type grows.

If the plants potential to give massive yield is then set as the starting point rather than the end point, then the real question is, what do we do wrong that often causes plants to stunt their yields, and the answer often is due to the very act of trying to increase the yields is what often causes the loss of potential.

Growers often love their plants to small harvests and even to death.

So to correctly answer your question, for big yields per a limited space, do a SCROG or another type of sea of green. For big yields 'quicker', do a sea of green in coco. For big yields per plant where space is not an issue, veg them up in 50, 75 or 95 litre pots in soil and let them grow into trees, or tipped into 2 or 4 bangers, and you will have many buds, some bigger than your head.

im using 'black magic seed raising mix (fine peat and pumice) mixed with
perlite , worm castings and crushed neem granules a bit of lime and trace elements. Using a mix of organic ferts which is bubbled for at least 24h to gain good ph (organics have low ph) And is working great- cut 2 weeks off vege time cause they grew so fast!
