SEATTLE -- San Francisco Giants star pitcher Tim Lincecum is facing misdemeanor marijuana charges following a traffic stop in his home state.
Washington State Patrol spokesman Steve Schatzel said Thursday that the 2008 Cy Young Award winner and former star at the University of Washington was pulled over for speeding on Interstate 5 in the town of Hazel Dell, about four miles north of the Oregon border, on Oct. 30.
Lincecum
An officer approached Lincecum's 2006 Mercedes and smelled marijuana as the pitcher rolled down his window. Schatzel said Lincecum immediately complied with a request to hand over the drug and a marijuana pipe from the car's center console.

| Shouldn't have been driving under the influence of anything. The fact that he was using weed shouldn't have been an issue, the fact he was driving while using weed should be though. |

he was not using while driving, the pipe and cannabis were in the centre console of his 2005 Mercedes Vrrrrrrrrrroooooooommmmmmm....
he was pulled over for "speeding" 
In a 2005 Mercedes, I think it'd be fair to say "speeding" is something most people would try at least once

Any 1 remember dat old 80's documentary "Pumping Iron" starring the current Governor of California Mr Arnold Swarzenegger.
Its about his last attempt at the Mr Universe bodybuilding competition, anyway after Arnie has destroyed all pretenders 2 his crown (including Lou Ferrigno aka the original Incredible Hulk from da 80's TV series) he collects his trophy, goes back stage, gives all his fellow competitors some serious trash talk (he absolutely, phycologically destroys Lou Ferrigno thru out da entire film, as Ferrigno is his main competition) then proceeds to sit down & stare straight into the camera, while he sparks up a nice fat doobie & blazes away (looks fairly comfortable & experienced too).
The only thing that couldve made it cooler, is if Arnie smoked da doob dwn 2 da roach, den looked at it real staunch like & said "you've been terminated"
